O THE POISONING OF EXILED PASHAS. (Per Press Association). Constantinople, Dec. 18. Several Pashas exiled have died, and it is believed were poisoned. Forty-five of Abdul Hamid's wives have been arrested in connection with the matter. The Sultan requires Patriarche bail for the amnestied Armenians.
