The Post states : — " It is currently reported that the Government auditor of the Bank of New Zealand has insisted that the proceeds of the recent call on the Bank of New Zealand shareholders shall be dedevoted exehisivt-ly to the reduction of the liability of the Colony under the two nii'lion guarantee."
