Sir Julius Yogel and the Public Trustee.
[Per Press Association] London, March 19. Giving evidence before a Select Committee of the House of Commons on public trusts, Sir Julius Yogel assured them that the Public Trustee was a success in New Zealand, and Sir W. B. Percival testified that there was no reason why a similar institution should not be created in England. In his evidence before the Select Committee of the House of Commons on public trusts, Sir Westby Perceval stated that the power possessed by the New Zealand Public Trustee to deal with small estates was highly esteemed.
