Sofia, January 20.
Diplomatic communications between the Bulgarian Government and the Great Powers are being carried on. The Kegents have demanded, as conditions of their resigning, that the candidature of the Prince of Mingrelia shall be dropped, that assurances ahnll be given relative to the new candidate, and that the autonomy of Bulgaria shall be guaranteed.
