June, was a. pupil of the Mercer school until tie reached the age of ten when lie went lo King's Preparatory School on scholarship, moving lo King's College two years later. Me passed the University entrance examination at the age, of fourteen and won a university bursary last year, but was unable lo lake advantage of if on account of his age. Since leaving the, Mercer school six years ago Mr Morey has received Ihe whole of his education by scholarships.
