CARNIVAL DANCE
FUNCTION AT DRURY UNITED DISTRICT'S QUEEN A gay scene was presented in the Drury hall on Saturday night when a dance was held in aid of the candidature of the United Districts’ Queen, Miss Jessie Parker. The music was supplied by Holt’s orchestra and a jolly time was spent.
Miss Parker wore a charming frock of white tulle trimmed with tiny purple flowers. Among those present were: Mrs J. Appleby, in delphinium blue sequined georgette; Mrs W. ~T.
