PRIZES PRESENTED
ROAD CYCLING RACES There was a large gathering on Thursday evening at the Papakura Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club’s dance when the trophies won by the cycling section were presented. The following trophies were presented by Mrs F. Johns, who congratulated the recipients on their success : Championship cup, Mr D. Beams; Thomson cup, Mr D. Beams; cup presented by Mr E. Brown, Mr B. Rickard; cups won during the season, Messrs D. Beams, B. Rickard, B. Appleby, E. Brown, J. Verner and D. Hayes.
