MONTHLY MEETING.

B. Insol 1 (secretary) and G. F. Souness (chief inspector). Reports presented by the inspectors indicated that a number of ratepayers were still carrying out poisoning operations while others were using gas in burrows. Several unemployed men were engaged on the clearing work, and farmers who desired assistance in this connection could make application to the Raglan County Council. So that stocks of materials for phosphorised pollard could be obtained early, estimates of quantities required were dealt, with. The inspectors were notified to commence their annual leave on December 21.
