A SERIOUS CHARGE.
MAN BEFORE COURT. REMAND GRANTED. Arrested by Constable A. J. Maiden, a man named Wilfrid Trevor Jamieson appeared in the Pukekohe Court on Saturday morning before Mr 0. K. Lawrie, J.P., charged with carnal knowledge at Pukekawa on or about May 1. On the application of the police, he was remanded to appear at Pukekohe on May 26. Bail was allowed in two sureties of £SO each.
