ALLEGED THEFT.
YOUNG MAN IN COURT.
A REMAND GRANTED
A young man named Richard Walker appeared before Mr P. 11. Levien, S.M., in the Pukekohe Court to-day charged with the theft at Rama Rama on or about Aprli 7 of a fountain pen valued at 7/6, the property of C. K. Watkins.
"Walker is also being charged with -a breach of probation," said Sergeant J. T Cowan in asking for a remand. Accused was remanded until June 1. LBail was renewed.
