LETTERS TO THE EDITOR.
Sir, —Some explanation should be given to the ratepayers about the extraordinary position that, has arisen over the town board vacancy. It is said there was some slight misunderstanding somewhere, but no one seems quite clear in the matter. When the ratepayers had the opportunity of expressing their opinion of Mr Spinley as one of their representatives, they were most decisive, hence naturally ttjeir annoyance at the recent turn of events.—l am, etc., “A HEAVY RATEPAYER.” Papaldira, February 2G. 1932.
