THE PAPAKURA CLUB
GAY FUNCTION ON THURSDAY'
The Papakura Golf Club held its annual ball in the Paragon Theatre on Thursday evening. There was a large attendance of members and visitors from neighbouring clubs. The ball and stage were artistically decorated with coloured streamers and greenery. The supper tables were also tastefully decorated with jonquils. Iceland poppies, marigolds, and snowdrops. The masters of ceremonies were Dr. W. G. Bridgman, Messrs W. A. Pavitt and It. Wislmrt, Delightful music was-dispensed by Miss Wall’s orchestra. Amongst those present were:— Mrs J.
