OBITUARY.
MR. ROBERT S. MORRISON. EX-RESIDENT OF AKA AKA. The news reached Waiuku last week of the death of Mr Robert Morrison, at Kingston, Ireland. Mr Morrison was one of the early settlers of the Aka Aka district, and held land there for about a-quarter of a century. Last autumn Mr Morrison left New Zealand and returned to Ireland, proposing - to make his home there with his two sislers. He was in his early days in Hie army, having served in the 2nd Life Guards (The Blues). Mr Morrison was a well-known figure in Waiuku, and was esteemed for his high character and amiable disposition. His age was about 70 years.
