ANNUAL MEETING. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN. CR W. CLAUD MOTION RE ELECTED. The annual meeting of the Frankin County Council was held on Wedlesday, when there were present: jXS W. Finance Committee. The whole of the members of the Council were appointed a Finance Committee. Meeting Days. On the motion of Cr (Heald, seconded by Cr Cuff, it wasi decided to hold finance committee meetings at 7.30 p.m. on the evening before the second Thursday in each month —the day decided on for the regular monthly meetings. Regular monthly meetings are to commence at 9 a.m. sharp.
