TROOPING THE COLOUR.-The customary ceremony of Trooping the Colour was carried out on Horse Guards Parade in London on the occasion of the King’s Birthday on June 12. This photograph, which shows Princess Elizabeth in her new side-saddle costume, was taken as the King, Princess Elizabeth, and the Duke of Gloucester were inspecting the parade.
