MEMBERS WILL DELUDE MINISTERS WITH QUESTIONS TO-DAY

(Special.) WELLINGTON, June 25. After the long recess members are expected to overwhelm Ministers with questions in the House to-dav. They refrained from starting the deluge yesterday when the proceedings were formal, but Mr F. Langstone (L., Roskill) got an early start with the -first question of tbe session. ' He inquired whether the Minister in Charge of Land and Income Tax would introduce legislation making it mandatory to present an annual return to Parliament showing the individual income of each taxpayer and its source, as distinct from company taxation. Mr Langstone had put the same request last session, and had received a Ministerial answer that the proposal was impracticable. This afternoon the House will pass condolence motions for deceased legislators, outstanding in the list being a former Prime Minister, Mr G. AV. Forbes, and the late Minister of Industries and Commerce, Mr D. G. Sullivan, whose successor, Mr J. Mathison (L., Avon) will move the formal motion in reply to His Excellency’s address
