MIEROWSKI
The first concert artist to be presented in New Zealand by J. and N. Tait since their successful tour with Todd Duncan is the Polish pianist Henryk Mierowski, ,whose initial Dunedin recital will be given in the Town Hall Concert Chamber on Thursday next. Mierowski comes to New Zealand as a. young man at the height of his career, and, after his New Zealand tour, will fly to America, where big contracts await him. In Scotland he played for a full year, interest in his playing being enhanced by the enormous number of Polish troops and citizens stationed there during the war years. Particulars are . advertised.
