RADIO HOBBIES CLUB

The monthly committee meeting of the Otago 'Radio Hobbies Club was held last Tuesday evening, Mr A. R. White presiding. The Chairman reported that the recent Radio Club display at the Dunedin Winter Show had aroused considerable public interest, as was proved by the numerous inquiries that/were made in connection with the many exhibits that were on display. The committee decided, in view of the power restrictions, that, as from this date, a combined melting of junior and senior members would he held every Tuesday evening, that other meetings would be cancelled, and that no electric heating for the rooms would be available nntil the power restrictions were lifted. The committee paid a tribute to the retiring sub-committee, which had done an excellent task, in keeping country members in touch with the club affairs.
