ANGLICAN BISHOP ACCUSED OF USING ILLEGAL SERVICE

SYDNEY. June 24. Tile form of service for Holy Communion prescribed in the ‘ Red Hook ' used by the Anglican Bishop of Bathurst. Dr Arnold Lomas Wylde, was claimed by Canon T. C. Hammond in the Equity Court to-day to be contrary to the laws of the Church of England. Canon Hammond said the ‘Bed Book ’ contained unauthorised additions to the service prescribed in the Book of Common Prayer, and'one serious omission.
