CHANCE IN COURT MARTIAL PROCEDURE
(Rye. 1 p.m.) LONDON, June 24. The Secretary of State for War, Mr F. J. 'Bellenger, announced in the House of Commons that Army and R.A.F. court Martial findings and Sentences will from to-day be announced in open court immediately after they are determined, instead of being promulgated.
