May 2The Constituent Assembly before adjourning to-day approved Dr Prasad's .proposal tbit experts should be engaged to translate the Constitution into the national ” language. Members of the Assembly used Ehglish almost without exception through the deliberations. The Assembly again considered the clauses of the Constitution governing citizenship qualifications, but decided to refer several points back to the Fundamental Rights ‘ Committee.
