WAR CRIMINALS HANDED OVER BY BRITISH ('Rea. 8 a.m.) BELGRADE April 28. The Yugoslav News Agency Tan jug reports that the British military authorities in Trieste handed over six Yugoslav “ wanted men ” to the Yugoslav authorities at a village on the Morgan Line. Air-Marshal Vladimir Ren, commander of the Ustashi air forces, is among them. The Yugoslav authorities asked for the extradition of nine, all of whom are charged with war crimes. The British explained that one died in Italy, another was held on instructions from Washington to ascertain if he were a. war criminal, and the third was ill in hospital.
