CANADIAN WINS WOMEN'S TITLE LONDON, February 17. Barbara Scott, Canada, won the women's world skating championship with 348 points, says Reuter’s Stockholm correspondent. Daphne Walker, England, was second with 334 points, and Gretchen Merill, America, third with 327 points.
