With the removal of the Waipori from the floating dock this morning and with the development of fair weather and a light northerly, there is a possibility that the Wangauclia will be transferred to the dock at high tide at 3 o’clock this afternoon. . There may be a last-minute cancellation of the movement, but officials are confident that the plan will be carried out unless there are unexpected developments. The terms of the settlement between the Government and New Zealand Waterside Workers’ Union were notified officially yesterday to the union and- the New Zealand Waterside Employers’ Association, and the Waterfront Industry Commissioner, Mr A.
