MR CHURCHILL'S BOOK NEARLY COMPLETED LONDON, January 7. Mr Churchill is reported to have virtually finished his book on the events of the iast 10 years. He began it •in 1936, and it will be in one volume. The ‘ Daily Express ’ ■ says that publishers on both sides of the Atlantic will pay a record six-figure sum for it. “ It contains all the essentials of the story of the struggle of this titanic figure—first in Opposition with no weapons but words, and then as Prime Minister in Britain’s darkest hour,” the paper adds.
