STEEL FROM AMERICA
LONDON, November 20. The 1 Daily Telegraph ’ says that Scottish steel industry leaders have been informed that America and Canada have cancelled contracts for the supply to Britain of 2,000,000 tons of raw steel before the end of 1948 as a result of strikes in America.
