TREATY PROPOSALS REJECTED (Rec. 10.40 a.m.) CAIRO, November 21. The Egyptian Parliamentary Opposition, after conferring with their representatives on the treaty delegation, Makram Pasha, announced that it had been decided to reject the British proposals.
