GOERING'S CELL STILL GUARDED
(Rec. 10 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 18. Goerng’s cell is double locked under a permanent sentry guard, says the British United Press Nuremberg correspondent, who. with other correspondents, toured Nuremberg gaol. Neither Colonel Andrus nor other officials could advance any explanation how Goering got cyanide into his cell. The American News Service, quoting a well-informed quarter, says Krupp and Fritz Thyssen will not appear at the January trial of German industrialists. It adds that Schacht’s acquittal is the reason for the decision not to prosecute Thyssen. Krupp lias not yet recovered his health. His sou, Alfred Krupp, will appear for his father in the dock
