SECRET SERVICE CHIEF'S REVELATIONS WASHINGTON, September 10. Mr Frank Wilson, the retiring.chief of the United States Secret Service, stated that there were about a dozen attempts on President Roosevelt’s life during the war. All were made by cranks or lunatics. The attempts were made both in the United States and overseas.
