POSTPONEMENT OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY FAVOURED BY MAJORITY (Rec. 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 9. Reuter’s diplomatic correspondent in Paris learns that at least two-thirds of the 21 nations at the Peace Conference do not object to postponement of the United Nations General Assembly meeting Eleven favourable votes are assured by the Foreign Ministers’ decision, ft is learned that Canada, Norway, aud Greece also will not object, and a meeting of dominion delegates to-day showed that all favoured postponement, frorii September 23 to October 23.
