(Rec. 11.5 a.m.) WARSAW, September 9. The Foreign Ministry spokesman, commenting on Mr Byrnes’s Stuttgart statement that the Polish-German frontier is still to be finally fixed, said: “ If the Germans try to retake the western territories we will fight."
