VOLCANIC ISLANDS
SINKING BELOW SEA (Rec. S a.m.) TOKIO, April 15. American aviators reported that two volcanic islands, which appeared above the sea's surface on February 10, 200 miles south of Yokosuka, had almost disappeared to-day. They could hardly be discerned from the air although the islands previously had reached a height .of approximately 50ft.
