POSTAL STRIKE

PROBABLE SETTLEMENT IN JERUSALEM (Rec. 10.55 a.m.) JERUSALEM, April 14. The Government has made several concessions to the postal strikers, Avhich the leaders have accepted provisionally pending the approval of the majority of the strikers.
