A LEBANESE COMPLAINT
(Rec. 11 a.m.) BEIRUT, Jan. 25. The Lebanese Premier, Sami Solh, announced that the Government had instructed the Lebanese delegation to U.N.O. to protest against the British and French agreement concerning the evacuation of foreign troops from the country and to submit the matter to the General Assembly for discussion.
