"CALLOUS" TREATMENT OF DOCKYARD WORKERS (Rec. 8 a.m.) 1 SYDNEY, Jan. 25. The painters and dockers who stopped work at Cockatoo'_ dockyard yesterday met to-day to decide future action. About 150 men are involved in the strike, which is in protest against " the management's callous removal of provision for making morning tea." .._
