WORKERS CAUSE EXPORT SUSPENSION PARIS, January 5. Railway workers’ protests caused the suspension, to-day of the ■ export of potatoes -to Spain through Bayonne. The authorities. stated that potatoes were sent under the French-Spanish commercial agreement in exchange for products 1 indispensable (for the revival of French industry.
