JUNIOR MATCH ABANDONED.
An inspection of the wicket at Carisbrook this morning disclosed conditions which made it impossible for any play to take place in the representative junior cricket match between Otago and Southland, and the match, which was a two-day fixture, bad therefore to be abandoned without a ball being bowled.
