BERLIN CURFEW LIFTED
(Rec. 12.25 p.m. BERLIN, Dec. 21. The Allied Military Government has lifted the curfew restrictions on German citizens in Berlin. A senior United States officer said the crime situation had improved sufficiently to warrant this step. The curfew would again be imposed if there were any noticeable increase in crime.
