SERIOUS FLOODING
CITY OF CORK (Bee. 12.5 p.m.) CORK, December 21. The city's worst floods for 50 years destroyed thousands of pounds' worth of goods, mostly irreplaceable. The entire centre of the city and the principal shopping districts were flooded to a depth of two to four feet at high tide, and for two hours afterwards.
