JOHN AMERY'S TRIAL
POSTPONEMENT GRANTED (ißec. 8 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 17. The court granted John Amery's application for a postponement of his trial to the November sessions. Mr Justice Hallet warned the defence that the trial had to take place within a reasonable time. The. trial would have to go on in the near future whether the defence was ready or not.
