FORMER REICH PRESS CHIEF (Rec. 11 a.m.) HAMBURG, Aug. 31. Otto Deitrich, former. Reioh Press chief, gave himself up at Ploen. He tendered a letter addressed to FieldMarshal Montgomery offering his services to the British occupation, forces in his former capacity.
