FINNISH REPARATIONS
(Rec. 8 a.m.) LONDON, August 17. Finland has delivered goods to the value of nearly £10,000,000 as reparations to Russia since the RussianFinnish armistice was signed last September. Deliveries for the first year may fall slightly below the quota of £12,500,000.
