NEW YORK FINANCIAL MYSTERY LONDON, June 27.' The huge buying of Canadian Pacific Railway shares on the Stock Exchange is developing into the big-, gest financial mystery since the outbreak of the war, says the ' Daily Mail's ' city editor. Hundreds of thousands of shares valued at several million pounds have been taken off the market by New York buyers. The deduction is that Americans are convinced that the Canadian dollar will be rehitched to the American dollar on a par basis.
