TITO'S DECLARATION
NO INTENTION TO SEIZE TERRITORY BY FORGE LONDON, May 27. Marshal Tito, in a speech, denied any intention on the part of Yugoslavia to conquer by force any territory to which she thought she had a right. He was convinced the Allies would honour their pledges in terms of the Atlantic Charter, and he denied that he wished to present the Allies with a fait accompli. The position in Carinthia was unsatisfactory, and there had been reports of victimisation there
