RELEASE NOW LIKELY
(Rec. 10.15 a.m.) LONDON. April 26. A message from Brussels says that negotiations for the release of King Leopold and his family were carried out three 'weeks ago betweeai the Belgian Red Cross and the International Red Cross at Geneva. German officials are reported to have responded favourably.
