DISARMING OF ELAS FORCES COMPLETE (Rec. 10 a.m.) RUGBY, March 4. The disarming of the Elas forces should be completed by now, says an Athens correspondent, according to a declaration signed by the Elas general, Sarafis, and tho secretory-general of the Communist Party, M. Siantos, and sent to British headquarters at Trikkala (Thessulyi. British troops who are advancing gradually to various places occupied until now by Elas forces are being received everywhere with enthusiasm.
