NORMANDY OIL DUMPS ATTACKED
(Rec. noon.) LONDON, July 12. Marauders and Havocs of the Ninth Air Force to-day bomlbed three important oil dumps behind the Normandy battle area in attacks designed to squeeze off the flow of fuel for German mechanised units.
