A farmer's little daughter, on arriving home from school, was asked by her mother how she liked it. " Oh, the school's a'l right," was the reply, " but the other scholars all call me ' Carrots.' What would that be for?" " Oh," replied her mother, ' it'll be the colour of your hair. It's the same colour as your dad's. I believe it's what they call red-edity."
