WILL TAKE PLACE IN WEST ROMMEL EXHORTS HIS MEN (Rec. noon.) LONDON, May 10. "The finaPdecisiou will take place in the west. This will be the most modern tattle ever waged," said FieldMarshal Rommel, addressing soldiers upon his most recent visit to the Atlantic Wall defences, according to the Berlin radio. Rommel added that every officer must know this, and he must therefore demand that every commander should know every one of Germany's and the enemy's weapons. " We . must think in a more modern manner and use more imagination," ho declared. "We must be able to face the most modern weapons which have ever been used."
