WEDDING

BOTTRELL—MOORE. A very pretty wedding was solemnised recently at Alt Saints' Church by Archdeacon Whitehead. The bride was Margaret, youngest, daughter of Mr' and Mrs Oavid Moore, 82 Union street, Dunedin, and the bridegroom, Earnest Wilson, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Truman E. Bottreil, 207 West 7 street, Hays, Kansas, America. Escorted by her father, the bride entered tne church wearing a gown of white satin, cut on modern lines, with a long, sweeping train. The bodice featured a high neckline with long rucked sleeves, coming to a point over the wrist. A gold and sapphire necklace, the gift of the bridegroom, was her only ornament. She carried a sheaf bouquet of white gladioli and white roses and maidenhair fern. Her tulle veil was held in place by a coronet of white gardenias, and had a design in horseshoes at each corner. The bridesmaid, Miss Evelyn Mary Cuff, a friend of the bride, wore a charming frock of rose pink taffeta cut on similar lines to the bride's, with inlets of rose pink lace in the skirt, waist, sleeves, and neckline. She also wore a rose pink veil, shoulder length, held in position by rose pink gardenias. She carried a shower spray of pink gladioli, roses, and sweet peas and maidenhair fern. The bridegroom was attended by Mr Ivan Moore, brother of the bride. Mr Rodger Moort> and Mt Brian Haggitt acted as ushers The church was very prettily decorated in pink and white flowers by friends of the bride. Mr Lilly presided at the organ. On leaving the church, the bride was presented with a horseshoe by her niece, Beverley Moore. The reception was held at the home of the bride.. The 30. guests were received by the bride's mother, -who woro a blue floral frock with blue accessories and shoulder spray of white roses. Mr and Mrs .1. S. Donaldson, sen., acted nn host and hostess to the bridegroom. When tlie bride and bridegroom left for thp north, the bride wore a blaok and white tailored frock with black accessories
